Tuve una experiencia fantástica en Berlor Inn. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaría, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para descansar antes o después de un vuelo. 
El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y detalles para que mi estancia fuera cómoda. 
La limpieza y el confort de la habitación superaron mis expectativas — todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. 
Me encantó el desayuno incluido y las áreas comunes, especialmente la piscina y el jardín, que fueron perfectos para relajarme después de un día de viaje. 
Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que visite Costa Rica, especialmente si necesitas una opción práctica, acogedora y con excelente atención cerca del aeropuerto

We stay every year. Flor was extremely helpful with getting us transportation from airport. The young man, at desk was great. Breakfast was really good and the cook was wonderful. We didn't get to breakfast until 8:50 due to our late arrival. She was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Love the convenience of Alexa for lights and tv.

Desde que descubrí su hotel hace unos años, siempre me gustó por el hecho que no tiene escaleras, que todo está al nivel de la calle, no hay que subir y bajar con el equipaje. El personal es de lo más atento y respetuoso. Colchón cómodo pero no las almohadas que son demasiado duras. Buena idea los jabones líquidos. No los uso porque tengo los míos en la ducha, sin embargo es útil para lavarse las manos.

The hotel is extremely clean and nicely appointed. They made very good use of a small space. The bathroom tile is beautiful! The evening receptionist recommended Cevichera Costa Rica for dinner and it was so good! The hotel was more than adequate for my stay and has a pool and good breakfast. I had a shuttle bus picking me up so my eggs, toast & fruit was made to go. I would stay here again. ?

El personal fue muy atnto y diligente en todas nuestras solicitudes extras. Estuvieron muy atentosa ofrecer opciones de alimentación. El desyuno estubo bien. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario y con apoyo tecnolígico muy eficiente. Si bien no se hizo uso de las zonas sociales, estas se veian agradables y cómodas. Tambien el apoyo en consecusión del transporte al aeropuesrto fue muy efectivo.

The experience over my 2 nights was wonderful. The staff especially reception was as helpful as possible considering I was not a spanish speaking customer. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend - it was clean, very close to the airport.
